Q: The videos seem small and I am having a hard time seeing the details?

A: The best way to watch these videos is in "FULL SCREEN" mode. That's the last tab on the bottom of the video player. Just click that button and it will make the video much larger and easier to read. That's how I like to watch the videos.

Q: Can I download the videos?

A: No. It took a lot of time and effort to make this course. And the content and the videos are copyrighted information and are protected by copyright law. You are not allowed to redistribute these videos in any fashion other than for you to watch on your computer. I appreciate your understanding with regards to this.


Q: It's not looking right in my browser for some reason?

A: This course has been tested in Internet Explorer 8 and FireFox. I'd recommend you download either of these browsers and use these instead of what you might be using. They are the 2 most popular browsers on the web. Also I would recommend setting your screen resolution for your monitor to at LEAST 1024 x 768. To do this in Windows, just right click on your desktop and choose "Screen Resolution".
